STRETCHING AND FLEXIBILITY CLASSES

Coming soon a group class.  If you are looking for a stretch class you can book a private session.  Tracy has advanced her education and she has certificates as  "Flexibility Specialist" "Body Posture Analysis" and "Functional Anatomy of the Core"  combined with her over 20 years experience in the fitness field she has had great impact on her clients helping them maintain a balanced body with their muscles, helping with back pain, joint pain and over all flexibility.   She teaches her clients how all the muscles interact and effect other parts of the body and how all the muscles work together.
